Constructed from durable stainless steel with a long-lasting powder-coated finish, this flush mount kit is corrosion-resistant and designed for easy installation. The kit can be integrated with drywall, plaster, stucco, or tongue-in-groove wood ceiling treatments, requiring minimal clearance for ventilation.
Installation is simple — the Infratech Recess Kit includes high-temperature fixture whip, wire nuts, and brackets for secure mounting. It fits 2″ x 8″ studs minimum and features a 5-sided, 5/8″ drywall-lined pocket with a 1-hour fire rating for safety. The 4′ whip connects the heater inside the pocket to an external junction box.
The flush mount frame provides a clean, built-in look, available in eight colors to match your design aesthetic. Please note that it is designed for flat ceilings only (not pitched or sloped) to allow the heater to face straight down for optimal heating performance.
