Alfa Moderno Portable Pizza Oven – Grey – Liquid Propane (FXMD-PTPB-GGRA-U)

Experience authentic pizzeria-style cooking with the Alfa Moderno Portable Pizza Oven in Grey, designed for convenient portability and exceptional performance. This lightweight oven, weighing just 77 lbs, is incredibly easy to assemble – simply insert the flue and chimney cowl and you’re ready to start the party. It rapidly reaches temperatures up to 1000 Degrees F in just 20 minutes, thanks to its innovative HeatGenius technology which ensures minimal fuel consumption while maximizing heat efficiency.

Crafted with an Authentic HeatKeeper Firebrick, this oven surpasses others that use lava stone or ceramic, providing superior heat absorption and storage. This results in a perfectly crispy and moist crust, baked at the ideal temperature for delicious, mouth-watering pizzas. Additionally, the DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool insulation, sandwiched between stainless steel walls, offers up to twice the heat resistance compared to rock wool insulation found in other home pizza ovens, maintaining consistent heat for flawlessly cooked pizzas every time.

Alfa’s patented Full Effect Full Circulation Flue System is a game-changer, ensuring the right temperatures for both crust and toppings. The unique chimney design circulates hot air thoroughly around the chamber, efficiently heating the firebrick and pizza. A deflector at the top redirects the heat downwards before it exits, ensuring even cooking.

Not just a stationary oven, it’s designed for adventure. With an optional carry bag (sold separately), you can easily transport this oven to any location, making it perfect for backyard gatherings, camping trips, or any outdoor event.

The Alfa Moderno Portable Pizza Oven is not just an oven; it’s a statement in style and efficiency, combining traditional techniques with modern technology. Whether you’re a pizza enthusiast or a casual cook, this oven promises a peerless cooking experience.
