Shipping & Delivery Options

In-Store Pickup

We offer convenient in-store pickup for items marked as "Ready for Pickup." Once your order is prepared, you will be notified via email or phone to schedule a pickup time. Visit us at: 132 Cartwright Ave, North York, ON M6A 1V2, Canada

Free Shipping

We are pleased to provide free shipping across Canada on orders over C$899, provided the total weight is under 150 lbs. Free shipping applies to standard delivery methods and excludes remote areas (see below). Expedited and specialized shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available during checkout. Costs depend on your location and shipping method selected.

Remote, Rural, or Hard-to-Reach Areas

For shipments to remote, rural, or hard-to-reach areas, additional fees may apply. We allocate up to 10% of your purchase value to cover shipping costs. If charges exceed this amount, we will contact you to discuss options, including accepting the additional fees or canceling your order.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Free shipping applies only to eligible Canadian orders. For U.S. shipments, international shipping fees, duties, and taxes may apply, and these are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Addresses or Undeliverable Items

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or is deemed undeliverable, you will be responsible for the shipping fees both ways.

For freight orders requiring carrier contact prior to delivery, ensure you are available. Returned items due to missed delivery attempts will be treated as a return and subject to our Return Policy.

Delivery Inspection

Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect your order thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.
  • If there is visible damage to the packaging, open the box and check for concealed damage.

If You Notice Damage:

  • Document the damage on the delivery receipt by writing "Damaged."
  • Contact us immediately at +1 (647) 499-2804.
  • If the driver refuses inspection or won’t allow you to note damage, refuse the shipment.

Important: By signing the delivery receipt without noting damages, you legally confirm that the shipment was received in good condition.

Reporting Damage After Delivery:

  • Any concealed damage must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order by calling +1 (647) 499-2804.
  • Claims made beyond this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Leave-Without-Signature Requests

If you authorize the delivery company to leave your order without a signature, Outdoor Kitchen Supplies cannot be held responsible for any damages or missing items. A note left for the carrier is treated as confirmation that the items were delivered in good condition.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated delivery timeline.

Payment FAQs

Yes, we do! However, shipping to remote, rural, or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional fees. Once your items are ready, a store associate will reach out to you to arrange a convenient pickup time. Please be aware that we cannot accommodate unscheduled pickups, so it is essential to wait for our call before arriving. This preparation and transfer process may take up to 5 business days for items that are readily available in our Canadian warehouses. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
